Tim Hortons

I am very fed up with only having 2 Tim Hortons in Fort McMurray. I think it is very frustrating the way they have it set up here. I heard its because the owner refuses to open a 3rd chain because anyone can open up a Tim Hortons after a 3rd one is open. I think they need to get their greedy little hands out of the cookie jar and actually try to make the PEOPLE happy for once!

Tim Hortons is my favorite coffee spot! I believe they make great coffee, and even though they are often super busy I can tell that the staff behind the counters are trying their best. Here in fort mcmurray there are so many different cultures of people. Sometimes I see that what is holding up the line is really the language barrier between the customer and cashier, and it is not always the cashiers fault. They are a fast food resturant, and honestly out of any other fast food in fort mac they are the best. the dairy queen, mcdonalds, and a&w's do not even compare. And I can see by the line ups most other people agree. If you don't like it then honestly just don't go there. I have been to many different tim hortons across Canada, and I think the two Tim HOrtons in fort mac are some of the best I have been to. Especially the Thickwood location D

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS GO THERE YOU WONT GO BACK

please stop and think we pay you to make our coffee so please do so and do it right I think Tim Hortons needs to stop and start giving better service when I order a plain donut thats what I want I dont want one with sugar on it when I ask for a double double then thats what I want I dont want a black or any other thing I dont want to get down the road and then see my order is wrong and when I BRING IT BACK I DONT WANT TO BE YELLED AT when you are the one that messed up

the way the staff treat the cust. is not right all they do is yell at us because they dont understand what we want there is one lady always on the one cash that pick her nose and dose not wash her hands i will never order from this store again the cust. service is so bad that i know alot of my friends will not go to your store your business is only as good as your customers

they can not make the coffe right when u order a 3 x3 the give u a 1 x 1 the staff is always yelling at people in the own lang. so we dont know what they are saying the bathrooms stink and not washed much the tables always dirty over all the worst tim hortons i have ever been to

they do not know how to make anything they always mess your order up
